Finding a tenant for your property is only the beginning of a landlord’s journey. Making sure your tenants can pay their rent and look after your property is just as important. We can advise you on achievable rental values, referencing, agreements and on-going property management.

We maintain very high professional standards. Our office is registered with SafeAgent, the Property Redress Scheme and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for deposit protection. We follow the industry Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents which goes far beyond that required by law.





Finding out accurately what your property is worth and devising a plan for marketing is key to finding the right tenant for the right price in the right timescale. We provide comparable evidence to back up our valuations and, with over 400 properties in our portfolio, we will have a very good idea of where the price should be pitched.





We advertise all of our property on sites such as Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Bartram & Co and the Guild of Property Professionals. Each brochure is bespoke and provides high resolution colour photography, floor plans and virtual tours as standard. We accompany all viewings, allowing us to get to know the prospective tenant in advance of any agreement to let.





After passing references and all legal and right to rent checks, we will then provide an assured shorthold tenancy agreement, a detailed inventory and any check-in documentation for signing, not releasing keys until we have collected all initial monies due.
