We consider land within or on the outskirts of towns and villages, which has development potential.

Our planning partners have been established for over 25 years with an in-house team of over 90 experts acting for landowners’ right across the UK, sites being typically 6-50 acres.

Planning can be a long process but typically Bartram & Co and our partners have achieved planning within 12- 24 months on suitable sites.

We are also deal with smaller sites in a similar way, anything from garden land and single plots, through to fields and potential multi-plot sites.

Potential sites can be anything from paddocks, greenfield and brownfield land, industrial or commercial estates, barns and derelict properties.

Our mapping technology allows us to look closely at the land/locality and local housing need which will help support any applications and gives us a good indication of planning potential and suitability.
