Cotesbach is a village and civil parish in the Harborough district of Leicestershire, England. The nearest town is Lutterworth, about 11⁄2 miles (2.4 km) to the north. The population is just over 200.
It is notorious as the location of the 5,000 strong Enclosures Riot in 1607, which gave a precedent for action and environmental change.

It is located between Jct 19 and 20 of the M1 and the M6. The village also has easy access to the A5 and a14. Cotesbach also has easy access to the city of Leicester and nearby towns of Rugby, Lutterworth and Market Harborough.
