Bruntingthorpe is a village and civil parish in the Harborough district of Leicestershire, England. The parish has a population of just under 400. The parish also includes the hamlet of Upper Bruntingthorpe. It is located just under 5 miles from Lutterworth.
The former RAF Bruntingthorpe is now Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome.
Bruntingthorpe is in the Domesday book where it is listed amongst the lands held by Hugh de Grandmesnil  for the King.
Major Road Links
The village is located between junctions 20 and 21 of the M1, and also has easy access to the towns of Leicester, Rugby, Lutterworth and Market Harborough.

The Parish Council regularly organises and runs events throughout the year.
The Kilworth House Theatre, only a few miles outside the village, stages productions at their open air theatre and other performing arts groups regularly produce shows at the venue of Lutterworth College.
